Winner of SILVER at the 2020 Blas na hEireann Irish Food Award
A trial flavour which was so popular that we decided to make it a regular variety. Such a lovely combination of sweet, familiar strawberry with the more tart and acidic rhubarb. Reminds us at SeaSugar of summer jam on freshly baked scones.
Minimum 100g

Sugar, glucose, citric acid, natural flavouring, natural colouring (curcuma extract, cochineal)
