Here at SeaSugar we are so proud to have won quite a few awards for our lovely sweets. When we started making them we wanted to assure our customers that these are much more than your average hard sweet; we knew they were amazing and we wanted you to know that too so we started entering awards. From our first award in 2016 to our most recent in 2022, we are so proud of every one.
The highlight for SeaSugar came in 2020 when our Peach & Raspberry took the top GOLD prize at the Blas na hEireann - Irish Food Awards. These awards are held annually in Dingle, Co Kerry, with just 3 awards made within each category, (bronze, silver, gold) so to win gold and a silver in the same year was just amazing for SeaSugar.
This was followed in 2021 when we won GOLD again for our Rhubarb & Vanilla sweets as well as a bronze for our Apple, pear and Ginger sweets.
We didn't enter any awards in 2023 but we probably will in 2024 and if we have successes you'll hear us shout about it!

In 2019 we won Best in Farmers Market for Co Antrim at the Blas Na hEireann Irish Food Awards. This means that SeaSugar achieved the highest points out of all those who received an award within Co Antrim. No small achievement & something we're very proud of.
